We cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate functions, memorials, celebration of life, social events, holiday parties and galas. We cater in Louisville, Indiana and surrounding areas. We offer breakfast, lunch, appetizers, 

For a full-service event, our team will arrive at your venue several hours prior to your event begin time, to place linens, set up buffet or food stations, replenish food, clear plates and clean up at the end of the night. You may pick up your food from our commissary at 1862 Mellwood Avenue. When we provide delivery services, our team will arrive, set up the delivery food and leave. You are responsible for replenishing all food. Keeping hot food hot and cold food cold. We can provide disposable plates and disposable chafers for an additional fee. Delivery is for the Jefferson County and Southern Indiana area (50.00 fee). Deliveries outside of the area, are subject to additional fees. 

 We offer a wide variety of menu options that can accommodate nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets, as well as vegetarian and vegan preferences.

Please note that our facility prepares foods containing gluten, dairy, and nuts, so cross-contamination is possible. While we take reasonable precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

For guests with severe or life-threatening allergies, we recommend providing a sealed meal prepared by an approved allergen-free facility to ensure their safety.

Absolutely. We specialize in creating customized menus based upon your event, preferences, budget, season, theme and dietary needs. Since we prepare our food in-house, the options are extensive. 

We offer breakfast, lunch, reception, dinner, desserts or late night snacks. Service styles include boxed, plated, buffet or stations.  Our menus range from classic American and Southern favorites to Kentucky-inspired dishes and longtime Bristol favorites, including our signature Green Chili Wontons, Theresa's Sweet Chili Linguine and other Bristol classics. 

Depending upon your event, we can coordinate the rentals for china, glassware, flatware, table cloths, napkins, and other event rental necessities. Items are subject to availability. We do not secure rentals until a signed contract and deposits are received. 

We need your event date, as some dates are subject to availability. Event begin & end times. Venue (most venues charge a commission on food & beverage), that is a pass through charge and should be budgeted. We need your desired service style, as a plated meal is typically more expensive than a buffet. Providing us with your budget will help us with menu creation. 

Yes, we can make final event adjustments up to two weeks prior to your event date, including menu and guest count. Final payments are due at this time. Guest count decreases can not be made after this time. Guest count increases are subject to alternative menu options.
