Bristol Catering, one of the premier caterers in Louisville Kentucky, offers a comprehensive off-premise bar service. Our host, cash, or ticketed bar services can be customized to fit your event perfectly. As a responsible catering company in Louisville KY, we adhere to the ABC/Metro Government liquor laws, and our licenses are prominently displayed at our facility located at 1862 Mellwood Avenue.
It's important to note that we cannot provide bartenders for events where you are permitted to bring your own alcohol.
Host Bar – in this option, the client covers the bar package or the consumption of alcohol.
Cash Bar – here, guests pay for their drinks. Be aware that some venues may impose additional fees for cash bar services, which will be reflected in your bill.
For all cash bars, an additional $500.00 Cash Bar Deposit is required. This deposit check will not be cashed unless there is a violation of Alcoholic Beverage Control rules, such as bringing in outside alcohol of any kind.
Ticketed Bar – in this scenario, you provide your guests with tickets, and our bar staff will note the type of drink served on each ticket. You will be charged for the tickets collected during the event.
Guests aged 21 and older may be served alcohol, and all guests must present valid government identification. Failure to provide valid ID will result in refusal of service. Alcohol will not be served to guests under 21 years of age.
Clients and guests who appear impaired by alcohol or other substances will not be allowed to consume alcohol. If our bartenders find it necessary to refuse service, we kindly ask that you treat them with respect, as they are dedicated to ensuring the safety of you and your guests.
In the event of a serious situation, security or police may be called to remove impaired or disrespectful guests.
While Bristol Catering is providing bar services, guests and clients are not permitted to bring or consume outside alcohol. If any outside alcohol is discovered during your event, bar services may be suspended for the remainder of the event, and additional fees will be added to your invoice.
A signed contract and payment or deposits are required before bar services can be rendered.
